How We Do It
Battery System Cells
We assembly 23 prismatic cells 200ah lifepo4 connected in series to get 73.6v 14.7kw.
BMS
We use the bms NCBMS32, it is the most important part of electric system to ensure that the lithium ion battery is balanced and used correctly and communicate with the devices.
Charger
We use the charger high frequency sealed NCS 3,3kw with comunication CAN BUS port for comunícate with the NCBMS on the way more efficient begin the conditions of the battery pack.
Software
The system include a software for check the system, it acquires real-time battery information, cells, temperature sensor, output, input, Can ports, rs485 ....Accesories
DC-DC CONVERTERWe use the DC-DC converter 72v to 12v for power supply the parts of the 12v car.
We use the Charger 14,4v for charge an external battery use in the car for external devices.
We use the Contactor of the serie NEV for discharge 400A and charge 100A, it is active with the bms.
