How We Do It
Battery System Cells
We assembly 32 cells 72ah lifepo4 connected in 1 series, 4 parellel to get 102.4v 30kw.
We use the bms NCBMS32, it is the most important part of electric system to ensure that the lithium ion battery is balanced and used correctly and communicate with the devices.
We use the charger high frequency NCI 12kw with comunication CAN BUS port for comunícate with the NCBMS on the way more efficient begin the conditions of the battery pack.
Display 7” for check the system, it acquires real-time battery information, cells, temperature sensor, output, input, Can ports, rs485
We use the DC-DC converter 100v to 12v for power supply the parts of the 12v of bus.CONTACTOR
We use the Contactor of the serie NEV for discharge 400A and charge 200A, it is active with the bms.
